10 Minutes

Yesterday was a gorgeous day!

Just look at that sky!

Today, not so much.. it was cloudy and tomorrow brings a 40% chance of rain. However the temp was wonderful for January.. 69 degrees out right now!

I was able to get in walks during my breaks at work, a routine I’m definitely picking back up since coming back from holiday veacation. My breaks are 15 minutes so I am able to squeeze in 10 minute walks 2 to 3 times during the day. I strongly believe in every little bit helps, besides the fact its nice to just get out of the office for a few minutes.

Do you have breaks at work where you get in some activity? Do you believe even 10 minutes can help?

Tonight we are going to WWE Raw in Jackson! Should be fun!
